Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes. Schools, districts, universities and public bodies can pay by purchase order, and there is no minimum order size. Use the form on this page, or email [email protected].
Who do we make the purchase order out to?
Coffee & Fun LLC, trading as Helperbird. We are a limited liability company registered in the State of Arkansas, USA. Our registered office address and remittance details come with the quote we send you.
What are your payment terms?
Net 45 by default. If your finance team works to different terms, say so when you ask for the quote and we will work with you.
Do we have to wait for payment before staff and students get access?
No. Your license starts on the date of the purchase order, not the date the invoice is paid. People can start using Helperbird while finance processes the payment.
Does a purchase order license renew automatically?
No. A license bought on a purchase order runs for one year from the PO date and then stops. To carry on, you raise a new purchase order. Card subscriptions through Stripe are the ones that renew on their own.
Can you provide a W-9, EIN, certificate of insurance or supplier forms?
Yes. We can supply a W-9, our EIN and a certificate of insurance, and we will complete your supplier or vendor registration forms. Tell us what your procurement team needs when you request the quote and we will send it with the quote.
Can we get a formal quote before we raise the purchase order?
Yes. Fill in the form on this page and we will send a formal quote within 24 to 48 hours. Raise your purchase order against that quote so we can match the two.
What does a Pro Max license cover?
Pro Max is a flat site license covering a whole school, team or small district, with no per-seat counting. If you are buying for several schools or a larger district, talk to sales and we will quote for that.
