We want to make sure you are fully satisfied with your purchase of Helperbird Pro or Helperbird Pro Unlimited. If you have any issues, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
If you were charged for your next billing cycle but intended to cancel your subscription, please contact us immediately for a full refund.
If you forgot to cancel your account during the 3-day trial and notify us within 7 days of your subscription, we will issue a full refund.
Partial Refunds or Credits:
If we experience extended downtime, meaning multiple hours in a day or multiple days in a month, or if you had to contact our customer service team for technical support, we may offer a partial refund or credit to your account.
If it takes us multiple days to respond to your inquiry, we may offer a partial credit to your account.
