Introduction
This guide shows you how to easily set up and start using the Helperbird Add-on for Google Drive.
Prerequisites
- A Google Account is required to access Google Drive.
- You have the Helperbird Google Workplace addon installed.
- Make sure your using Helperbird 107 or later.

How to Open PDFs in Helperbird's PDF Reader
Step 1: Go to Google Drive.
Step 2: Click on the PDF you want to read.
Step 3: Look for an 'Open with' button at the top of the PDF viewer.
Step 4: Choose 'Open in Helperbird' from the options.
Step 5: Confirm if prompted to open a new tab.
Step 6: Your PDF will now load in Helperbird’s PDF reader.
Use Right-Click to Open PDFs in Helperbird's PDF Reader
Step 1: Navigate to Google Drive and find the PDF you need.
Step 2: Right-click on the PDF link or icon.
Step 3: From the context menu, select 'Open in Helperbird'.
Step 4: A new tab will prompt for confirmation; proceed by clicking 'Yes' or 'OK'.
Step 5: The PDF will open in Helperbird’s PDF reader, ready for you to use.
