1. Open Your Document
With your document open in the Helperbird Editor, find the "Text Analytics" button, usually located on the top toolbar.
2. Open Text Analytics
Click the "Text Analytics" button to view a detailed breakdown of your document's statistics.
3. Review Your Writing Stats
Helperbird’s Text Analytics will give you the following insights:
Words
The total number of words in your document.
Characters
The total number of characters, including spaces.
Sentences
The number of sentences in your text.
Reading Time
Estimated time it would take to read the text.
Speaking Time
Estimated time it would take to speak the text aloud.
Writing Time
Estimated time it would take to write the text.
Unique Words
The number of unique words in your text.
Average Characters
The average number of characters per word.
Longest Sentence
The length (in words) of the longest sentence in your text.
Shortest Sentence
The length (in words) of the shortest sentence in your text.
Lines
The number of lines in your document.
Paragraphs
