How to Manage Your Helperbird Subscription
Learn how to view, update, or cancel your Helperbird Pro subscription. Manage your payment method, billing details, and subscription status.
Managing your Helperbird subscription is easy. You can view your subscription status, update your payment method, or cancel anytime—all from your account settings.
View Your Subscription
Step 1: Go to the Subscription Portal
Visit the Helperbird subscription portal to view your current subscription status.
Step 2: Log In
Enter the email address you used when you signed up for Helperbird Pro. You'll receive a login link to access your account.
Step 3: Check Your Status
Once logged in, you can see your subscription status, next billing date, and subscription details.
Update Payment Method
Step 1: Access Your Account
Go to the Helperbird subscription portal and log in with your email.
Step 2: Click Update Payment
In your account dashboard, look for the Update Payment Method option.
Step 3: Enter New Details
Add your new payment card details and save. Your next payment will use the new method.
Cancel Your Subscription
Step 1: Access Your Account
Go to the Helperbird subscription portal and log in with your email.
Step 2: Click Cancel Subscription
In your account dashboard, click Cancel Subscription.
Step 3: Confirm Cancellation
Follow the prompts to confirm. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Note: After cancellation, you'll still have access to all Helperbird Free features.
