Prerequisites
An active Helperbird Pro subscription.
Access to the email account associated with your Helperbird Pro subscription.
Steps to Cancel Your Helperbird Pro Subscription
Step 1: Visit Helperbird Manage Page: Go to Helperbird Manage Page.
Step 2: Enter Your Email: Input the email associated with your Helperbird Pro account.
Step 3: Verify Email: A verification code will be sent to your email, valid for 10 minutes.
Step 4: Enter Verification Code: Submit the received code and click "Verify".
Step 5: Access Dashboard: You'll be redirected to the Helperbird dashboard.
Step 6: Cancel Subscription: Locate and click on the "Cancel plan" button.
Step 7: Confirm Cancellation: Your subscription will be canceled at the end of your current billing cycle.
