License Grant

Helperbird grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software, subject to the following terms:

Free and Paid Versions

• Free Version: You may use the free version of Helperbird for both personal and commercial purposes, subject to feature limitations.
• Paid Versions (Helperbird Pro, Helperbird Pro Unlimited, Helperbird Pro Unlimited +): Additional features are available through paid subscriptions, as outlined in our pricing plans.

License Restrictions

Unless explicitly permitted by this agreement or applicable law, you may not:

• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
• Distribute, sublicense, or lease the software beyond its intended use.
• Share a paid license outside of the intended organization or domain.
• Use the software in any way that violates applicable laws.

Privacy and Data Collection

Updates and Modifications

Subscriptions and Payments

Cancellation & Refunds

Termination

Disclaimer of Warranties

Helperbird is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted operation and disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Coffee & Fun LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use Helperbird.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to this Agreement

We may update this EULA periodically. If significant changes are made, we will provide notice through our website or within the software.
