How to login to Helperbird

Key points

For Microsoft accounts on Google Chrome: Use the subscription key to log in.

For Google accounts on Microsoft Edge: Use the subscription key to log in.

Email Login

This way is only supported on Chrome and Edge. You will need to have sync enabled.

Steps

Step 1: Open Helperbird by clicking the icon in the top right of your browser.

Step 2: Click the settings cog in the top right of the extension.

Step 3: From the dropdown menu, click 'Login'.

Step 4: In the new tab, click the login button on the account card.

Step 5: Grant permission to read your email address.

Step 6: Your email is checked for a Helperbird Pro subscription.

Step 8: Access Pro features if you have a subscription.

Step 9: Alternatively, log in using your subscription key.

Step 4: In the new tab, scroll to the subscription section.

Step 5: Enter your subscription key.

Step 6: Click 'Save'.

Step 7: If a subscription is found, you'll see confetti and a confirmation message.
