How to login into Helperbird

Login to Helperbird for Chrome or Edge

Note You will need to have sync enabled..

  • First you will need to install the Helperbird extension.

  • Once that is done, open the Helperbird extension.

  • On the top right of the extension, click the Settings cog.

  • A drop down menu will appear.

  • Choose the login button.

  • A new tab will open.

  • It will show the account card, with a login button.

  • Click the login button.

  • Will ask you for premission for us to read your email address.

  • Once allowed, we will use that email to check if you have a Helperbird Pro subscription. If you
    do, you will be able to access your Pro features.

    how.

Helperbird for Firefox

Unlike Helperbird for Chrome or Helperbird Edge, you will need to use the Subscription Key to login.

  • First you will need to install the Helperbird extension.
  • Once that is done, open the Helperbird extension.
  • On the top right of the extension, click the Settings cog.
  • A drop down menu will appear.
  • Choose the settings button.
  • A new tab will open.
  • Scroll to the subscription key section.
  • Enter your subscription key.
  • Click the save button.
  • If a subscription is found, you will get confetti and a message saying you a subscription was
    found.
  • If you do not have a subscription, you will get a message saying you do not have a subscription.

Helperbird for iPad

Unlike Helperbird for Chrome or Helperbird Edge, you will need to use the Subscription Key to login.

  • First you will need to install the Helperbird for iPad extension.
  • Once that is done.
  • Go to Settings.
  • Scroll to Safari.
  • Then tap Extensions.
  • Click on Helperbird.
  • Click on option button.
  • It will bring you the settings page.
  • Scroll to the subscription key section.
  • Enter your subscription key.
  • Click the save button.
  • If a subscription is found, you will get confetti and a message saying you a subscription was
    found.
  • If you do not have a subscription, you will get a message saying you do not have a subscription.

Helperbird for iPhone

Unlike Helperbird for Chrome or Helperbird Edge, you will need to use the Subscription Key to login.

  • First you will need to install the Helperbird for iPad extension.
  • Once that is done.
  • Go to Settings.
  • Scroll to Safari.
  • Then tap Extensions.
  • Click on Helperbird.
  • Click on option button.
