Guide to Installing and Managing Helperbird on iOS for Families

How to Install the Helperbird Extension/iOS App with Family Sharing

1. Turn Off Screen Time Content & Privacy Restrictions for the Child

1. Open the Settings app on your iOS device.
2. Scroll down and tap on Screen Time.
3. Enter your Screen Time Passcode if it's set.
4. Scroll down and tap on Content & Privacy Restrictions.
5. Turn off the switch if it's currently enabled.

2. Install the Helperbird Extension/iOS App

1. Open the App Store on your iOS device.
2. Tap on the search bar at the bottom of the screen.
3. Type in "Helperbird" and tap on the search button.
4. Tap on the Helperbird app in the search results.
5. Tap on the "Get" button to start the installation. If asked, enter your Apple ID password or use Touch ID/Face ID to authorize the download.

3. Enable the Helperbird Extension

1. After the app is installed, go to your device's settings.
2. Scroll until you see Helperbird, then tap on it.
3. Under "Allow Helperbird to Access," make sure everything is toggled on.

4. Turn On Screen Time Content & Privacy Restrictions (Important)

1. Open the Settings app on your iOS device.
2. Scroll down and tap on Screen Time.
3. Enter your Screen Time Passcode if it's set.
4. Scroll down and tap on Content & Privacy Restrictions.
5. Turn on the switch to enable Content & Privacy Restrictions again.
