How to Unlock Helperbird Pro on iPhone and iPad

The Helperbird app on your iPhone or iPad is where you manage your Pro subscription. You can subscribe with your Apple ID, or enter a license key if you subscribed on helperbird.com or your school gave you one. Either way, the upgrade syncs to the Helperbird extension in Safari automatically.

Open the Helperbird app

1. Open the Helperbird app from your home screen (the same app you downloaded from the App Store).
2. On the welcome screen, find the plan card. It shows Free plan if you haven't upgraded yet.
3. Tap Unlock Pro.

Subscribe with your Apple ID

1. In the unlock screen, the subscribe button shows the yearly price in your local currency.
2. Tap Subscribe and confirm with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password.
3. That's it — the plan card now shows Helperbird Pro. The next time you use Helperbird in Safari, every Pro feature is unlocked.

Your subscription renews yearly through Apple, and you can cancel anytime in your device settings.

Using Helperbird on other devices too? An Apple subscription unlocks Helperbird in Safari on your iPhone, iPad, and Mac (signed in with the same Apple ID — use Restore Purchases on a new device). If you also use Helperbird on Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or a Windows PC, subscribe on helperbird.com instead — that account works on every browser and device, or enter that license key below.

Unlock with a license key

Already subscribed on helperbird.com, or have a key from your school or workplace?

1. In the unlock screen, scroll to the License key field.
2. Paste or type your key, then tap Unlock with license key.
3. Open Safari and use Helperbird once — your key is verified and Pro activates automatically within a moment.

Restore Purchases

Got a new device, or reinstalled the app?

1. Open the Helperbird app and tap Unlock Pro.
2. Tap Restore Purchases.
3. Your subscription is found from your Apple ID and Pro switches back on, including in Safari.

Managing your subscription

• Apple subscriptions are managed in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device, where you can renew, cancel, or change payment details.
• helperbird.com subscriptions are managed from your account on the website.
• The plan card in the Helperbird app always shows your current status, and the Manage subscription button takes you to the right place.
